Regular exercise is a great way to keep healthy. However it is very easy slack off. All kinds of things can distract you from doing your daily exercise. Maybe it’s a rainy day or you feel tired or your favorite television show is coming on.
You must make regular physical activity a healthy habit that you cannot do without.
