The Home Instead Senior Care network has developed a guide to help families prepare for aging. The title refers to the idea that ideally when children are 40 years old and parents are 70 years old they should start to engage in dialogue to prepare an action plan for aging.
Even if you aren’t currently in these age groups there is still a lot of good advice in the guide.
