  • Why is it called Pliny Lives? Who is Pliny? You can find out about Pliny the Elder in the about section of this website. He was a fascinating man who lived thousands of years ago.
  • Why should I register and sign up for a FREE account with Pliny Lives? – You will be able to post in the discussion forums, use chat, and also post some types of classified ads that are FREE.
  • Why do people have to register? Unfortunately there are lots of spammers out there and when we require registration it is easier to keep them out.
  • Why do we have to check a box stating “I am not a robot”? This is a tool developed by Google to keep spammers out.
  • How does Pliny Lives make money? We make money when visitors click on ads. We also make money when people purchase items through the Pliny Lives Amazon Store that you can find in the products link. We also hope to make money in the future by providing face to face services to seniors in the local New York City area.
