Find out how you can help the company do a better job, sell more products or make more money.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare your resume and visit in person.<\/li>\n<li>Your goal should be to show the employer how you can help the business succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Do not dwell on your past experience or jobs. Instead show your prospective employer that you have the skills, knowledge and motivation to help the business succeed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There are online job events that might also prove useful.
