I love salt and I put too much on my food. However, I also know that we get a lot of the salt in our diet from the food itself. Much processed food has more salt than is necessary.<\/p>\n<p>In any event, it is a good idea for everyone to reduce the amount of salt in their diet. This is especially important for people who have high blood pressure or heart problems.
